Notes and exports
Every note has a timecode, an author and a category: Color, Mix, Edit, Graphics, VFX or Misc. Reviewers can filter the list by category and tick notes off when they're done.
Getting notes into your timeline
- Resolve: while you're live, notes are pinned to your timeline as markers. They show on the ruler the next time you pause.
- Premiere: keep Window ▸ Extensions ▸ CloudCast open. Notes become colored sequence markers.
- Media Composer: notes become locators on V1.
Export
In the room's notes panel, or on the session's page under Broadcast in CloudStudio, export the notes as:

| CSV | Spreadsheets and handing notes to someone else |
| SRT | A subtitle track. Each note shows for 3 seconds at its timecode. |
| EDL | Markers in Resolve: Edit Index ▸ Import Markers from EDL |
After a session ends, Open notes on web in the summary takes you straight to that session's notes.
